Kathleen (Katie) O'Neil has over 15 years of non-profit leadership experience. Currently the Executive Director of the Erie County Bar Association, she is responsible for the operational activities of the 500+ member organization including: Section/Division/Committee projects and organization; governance; events; marketing; and human resources. She is also the Executive Director of the Erie County Law Foundation.
