Erie, PA (10/18/13) — Admission Ceremonies for recent law school graduates who have passed either the February or July 2013 Pennsylvania Bar Exam are upcoming.  Any new admittee who has not been contacted by the Erie County Bar Association regarding these admission ceremonies should call the Bar office at 459-3111 for information or check the website at www.eriebar.com.
The Erie County Court of Common Pleas will have its admittance ceremony on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in Historic Courtroom H at the Erie County Court House.
The admission ceremony for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom C of the Federal Court House.
Each new attorney will be joined in these ceremonies by a practicing local attorney who will act as sponsor and move for the individual’s admission.  Family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend.
A lunch for the new attorneys and their families will be held in between the two admission ceremonies.
