On January 17^th City & State published the “2023 Pennsylvania Government Relations Power 100 list” and PBA’s Director of Legislative Affairs, Fred Cabell, Jr., made the top 10! In 2022, under Fred’s leadership the PBA accomplished a number of significant victories.
