The Erie County Bar Association will be celebrating its annual Law Day festivities with a luncheon on Thursday, April 28 and a 5K run/walk on Saturday, April 30. 

The ECBA is proud to announce that this year's Law Day keynote speaker is Michael A. Smerconish.  Mr. Smerconish is the host of The Michael Smerconish Program on SiriusXM Channel 124 and the host of CNN’s Smerconish on Saturday mornings.  He is also a newspaper columnist and author.  

The timing of this year’s Law Day Luncheon could not be better, especially in light of Michael Smerconish as keynote speaker.  The luncheon will be held two days after the Pennsylvania Presidential Primary, and Mr. Smerconish is respected politically for being both connected and middle-of-the-road.  His insight and comments following the primary are highly anticipated.

The 13th Annual Law Day 5K Run/Walk begins 9:00 a.m. in front of the Erie County Court House.  The race benefits the Erie County Bar Association's Attorneys and Kids Together Program, supporting the educational needs of homeless students, and the Erie Runners Club.
