Surrounded by family, friends, and colleagues, Attorney Bob Sambroak is sworn in as Judge of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas by Honorable Michael E. Dunlavey.  With blustery fanfare typical for January in Erie, PA, Courtroom H was filled to capacity to support the swearing in of County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper, and County Councilmen Jay Breneman, Edward DiMattio, and Andre Horton.
