Full-Time position - paralegal needed to handle eminent domain/condemnation (residential and industrial) actions. Must be able to: prepare documentation; perform computer searches to locate persons and entities; prepare and compile documentation for attachment to filings; monitor case filings and meet deadlines; communicate and work closely with attorneys, other staff and client; prepare responses to filings and motions; prepare appropriate evidence and documentation for hearings; prepare filings and mailings; perform other duties associated with pending matters.

Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right individual. Knowledge of performing legal research is helpful; knowledge of reading and understanding title searches is helpful.
