Lackwanna College President Mark Volk spoke to our members at this year's Mid-Year Meeting.  Volk shared with the audience his experience of being present in the Pentagon on 9/11 as well as legal issues that the nation faced after the 9/11 attacks, legal and constitutional issues especially privacy.  His use of personal commentary and incredible photographs captivated the audience.
